Normal Soap Sucks
Most popular body wash alternatives contain harmful ingredients, exfoliants, and synthetic fragrances which irritate and dry out your skin.
Seal Soap Does Not
Seal Soap has been meticulously formulated to soothe and protect sun damaged and sensitive skin without relying on chemicals.
Colin and John met at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. During a senior capstone project, they were faced with the challenge of developing hypothetical business plans to help solve real-world problems.
As a health nut and a Florida native, John learned that virtually every sun and skincare product on the market incorporated harmful synthetic components that absorb into our skin, causing irritation and damage.
What's worse is that when these harmful components come in contact with sensitive skin, such as a South Florida sunburn, they can exacerbate the damage and over-exfoliate the skin. Not only does this prevent healing at a critically early stage, but it also makes the skin even more vulnerable.
As a result, Colin and John set out to make the perfect soap that would nourish all types of sensitive skin and protect it without employing any harsh chemicals. It wasn't easy. The initial prototypes failed miserably, somehow leaving John's skin both itchy and as slippery smooth as a seal.
The slippery, seal-like results of the prototype became a running joke and, even after perfecting the formula, continued to live on in the form of their name: Seal Soap.
